~ nyc day 01 ~

After waking up, getting dressed in too many layers, eating only as much as a human can eat at 4am, being at the airport by 5, and taking two different planes, I made it to NYC - running off pure caffeine and adrenaline! 

After getting some lunch and resting up, I went to the Biennial at the Whitney Museum which was absolutely amazing!

The weather was beautiful - not too cold, and perfect blue skies.  Maybe it was the lack of sleep, or maybe just the excitement of being in the city, but whatever it was, my memories of my first day are hazy and wonderful!
